Step Seven: Choose the chemical

Choose the matching chemical name and state as your item. If you click an entry, the selection is automatically saved, and it returns you to the Item Detail Page.

Make sure to return to the MPL Page, print out a copy , sign, and attach to the box, AND return to the Box List Page and "Submit" the MPL by clicking the "In Progress" link.
